I have been trying to update my ABN details. I have fully set up my MyGov ID account.


When I try to log into RAM, they say they have sent an authorization code to my MyGov ID email.


However, I have receive nothing even after refreshing my email again and again.


I've tried starting the process all over again but nothing is working.


This is where I am stuck at:

Hi @jonwu229,


Sometimes this error occurs if you've saved the myGovID login page to your favourites.


We recommend to delete it from your favourites and log in directly through Online services for business.


Please let us know if this doesn't fix the problem.

If you are trying to log into Relationship Authorisation Manager and you are not receiving the log in code to your myGovID app this is web browser cookie issue. Your web browser is attempting to use an expired session browser cookie.

You need to configure your web browser so that all the temporary files and cookies are deleted each time you close the browser.

Refer to the 'Settings' menu for your web browser.

This will then resolve the issue.
