Hello, I am a Singaporean and have successfully applied for a TFN. However, I'm unable to obtain a link in code through the ATO overseas hotline after 5 attempts due to problem with verifying my identity. The kind and helpful ATO hotline staff tried their best but could not assist due to unknown issue with verifying my passport and currently valid travel visa.
Please kindly assist and advise as the ATO hotline is unable to assist further despite valid TFN, travel visa and Singapore issued passport.
