When I attempt to link my ATO account with MyGov, I receive an error message that says "We are currently experiencing technical difficulties. We apologise for any inconvenience." I know this is a common issue since I have seen similar posts on this community - could you please assist in any way? I am overseas and cannot make international calls to the ATO and need to lodge my tax return in the next week.

Can you try the following:

  • Clear the cache and cookies
  • try a different browser
  • try a different device.
