Good day, I recently came back to Australia and found my SMF eligible rollover fund has been transfered to ATO, any idea how can I get back my money or ATO could able to transfer them into my bank account?

Great news if you do have ATO-held super you can apply to have it released to you. This is depending on your circumstances and your eligibility.
You can download the application for payment of ATO-held superannuation form from our website.
