why can't i get through to the ato when i call for the past 2 months? i need to update my report

Sorry to hear you haven't been able to get through over the phone. Unfortunately, we can be a bit busy at this time of year due to tax returns falling due (among other things). Are you able to give us some more information on what you were trying to update? We may be able to help with a different way to get it sorted!
