Can you please tell me what is the procedure to have a Standard Identity Strength for a person working on a temporary resident visa (TSS 482).

As per the MyGov site, you can do it with your VISA details, but when you try to do it from the app VISA is not an option.

Thanks.

Hi @Civervic,

If you just click on that, it should let you input the details from your foreign passport.

The myGovID help page has some information about what to do if you can't reach the required identity strength. It depends on what service you're trying to access, but there are usually some alternative options for people who can only get to basic.

Hi @Civervic,

There should be an option on the main page of the myGovID page that says "Australian Visa (provide details from your foreign passport)". Is that not coming up as an option for you?

To get to standard identity strength you'll need to verify two identity documents. You can have a look at the list of all the identity documents you can use to get to standard identity strength to see what other documents you can verify.

If you have issues setting up your myGovID you can check out the help page.
