Yesterday a fix was implemented to resolve a loading issue. We need to determine if this is the same error you were experiencing.
Can you give it another go and let us know how you get on?
If you're still having issues can you advise the path you're using that leads to this error? Are you directed to myGovID? How far do you get in the process? Are you logging into Online services for businesses or agents?
We are also having this issue but the ATO officers taking the calls at that phone number have no idea what the error code is. Would love to know if anyone found a solution!
It is not affecting our staff using Apple Mac laptops, only affecting the Windows PCs.
It's been a few days since you posted your question. Are you still getting this error when logging into the ATO portal?
Have you tried a different browser or tried clearing your cache/cookies?
