I have been trying to lodge BAS returns for my clients but Online Services for BAS Agents has been down since Friday afternoon. The message I receive is: "This service is temporarily unavailable
This service is currently unavailable. We're working to restore it as soon as possible.
We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience at this time."
This is holding up my ability to provide services to my clients and the lodgement & payment deadline is only 3 days away. I have tried phoning the ATO using various numbers and each one advises they are currently experiencing heavy enquiries and they are unable to accept my call. I have been calling since Friday and receive the same message. Does anyone have any update on this situation?
