I've successfully register myGovID account, but when trying to log in to abrs.gov.id I keep getting 'An error has occured'. An error has occurred and your transaction cannot be completed online. For more information, contact us. I tried using Microsoft Edge, Googl Chrome, Mobile phone Chrome, nothing works. I cleared browser history/cache and it still doesn't work. Please help as it's getting closer to the 30 Nov due date to register Director's ID.

The ATO changed their gateway configuration 11 November 2022 that impacted some Digital Identity users accessing online services.
The ATO has now corrected the issue and access to online services has been restored.
The experience you had was a direct result of this.
Calling the ABRS for support will be of no benefit.
Today is 6 December and I still have the same problem. Looks like I need to call them as @RileyATO suggested. I have not done that as I'm currently abroad and wanted to avoid paying costly IDD calls. I imagine the wait time would be long too...
For everyone's info, after calling their number today (and a 40 min wait), the friendly agent gave me my director's ID (yay!) and will escalate this case to their technical team. There was no estimated resolution time for this particular error, but as I've got my director's ID issued, I'm considered 'compliant' :) Thanks again for everyone's responses to my question.
