Of note online services that offer only one form of authentication, which not everyone can obtain at times for valid reasons, is discrimination.
Your final options are:
- Complain to your place of work leadership that the AGSVA is discriminating against you because for valid reasons you cannot obtain a working myGovID
- Write to your local Member of Parliament explaining the same and the AGSVA will obligated to contact you

I think I have exhausted my attempts because ask I can currently is delete the app. Reload it, sign back in etc… then I can see I have basic identity level and when I choose either drivers license ID birth certificate I get a message (I don’t recall a code but the only way to be sure is to do the above again - which maybe I should do??) that simply says your identity can not be verified. I vaguely recall doing this some time ago with my birth certificate which of course has a different surname.
If I’m correct and the issue is the maiden name vs surname then I need to speak with someone on the support line.
I have read all the “help“ information on my Gov. etc.. and none of it helps with this matter unfortunately.
i agree if the support line isn’t going to be available then I’ll have to go to AGSVA or elsewhere!?
Insane to release a program like digital ID and not be able to run a support line service.
