I have set up a “My Gov Id” account under an email address

Not knowing that my wife has already setup a “My Gov” account under the same email address,

Because of this I cannot link the information together for my identification because of the same email as my wife's

I would like to know how to delete all the information out of one of the “My Gov Id” accounts (or delete it completely so my wife can set hers up) so I can start another one under a new email address.

How can I make this happen as I need to add a directors identification before the 15th of this month.

Hi @Dwayne,

Once you've made a myGovID account and verified your identity, it's important not to make another myGovID with a different email address because this can cause errors with verifying your identity. myGovID only allows people to have one account - if you set up a new one for yourself, the app won't let you verify your identity.

Instead, what you can do is update your email address on the app. After you've changed your email address, your wife should be able to make a myGovID for herself as well.
