Hi,
I try to apply for director ID and I get the error "An error has occurred and your transaction cannot be completed online. For more information, contact us."
Tried calling and phone just hang tell me I have to apply online.
Any way i can get this working, I have been trying for the past 4 weeks.

Sorry you're having trouble logging into the ABRS.
We're currently looking into this. The good news is there are other ways to apply for your DirectorID that we urge you to consider.
When we have new information about the error you're getting we'll update you here.
There is a known bug with the ABRS online registration form that is impacting some users trying to apply for a Director Identification Number. You can apply for a Director Identification Number over the phone, as noted though you've had no success with that either.
You can write to your local Member of Parliament, explain your situation and request that someone from the ABRS call you. This will be forwarded to the ABRS who will then be obligated to call and actually help you.
