I have verified my identity through the mygovID app. When I then try to apply for the Director ID through ABRS, linking my account, I get the Error code: PAB.DE.0002 - I can't find this listed in the error codes, and have tried deleting and reinstalling the myGovID app as recommended on another post. What do I do?

Hi @mctmct,

The error you are receiving could be due to a few reasons.


It could be that one of your details are incorrect on our system or you have extra security on your account.


Unfortunately, reinstalling the app won't resolve this issue. If you have extra security on your account, there is a great page that may help.


When you determine the issue, you should be able to then apply for your Director ID online.
