I left Australia 2 years ago, and I got an extension of my temporary visa which ended in September 2022. And I just submitted my DASP application (by entering the details of my super accounts) to claim my ATO-held super. However, 1 of the superannuation account I submitted sent me an email that they could not pay my super since it is held by the ATO. And they suggested me to contact ATO directly.
However, I have an issue contacting the ATO by phone since I experienced a long queue. So, is there anything wrong when I submitted my DASP application so that it is rejected by the super account? or do I need to resubmit a DASP application for the ATO-held super?
A little confused about the process since there is no application status to follow in the DASP.
