Hi i am trying to help my teens link ato to mygov, they have no information that is needed, so i am told to get a linking code from ato.. they are not answering. i have tried this a few times over last 3 mths....

I am sorry to hear you have not been able to get through our phone lines.
Unfortunately, if your children do not have enough information to link, they will require a linking code.
We are experiencing high call volumes. We ask that they persevere and someone will be able to help them.
