I have been issued with a new Driver licence number and Medicare number. How do I update this information in MyGovID as I cannot link to Centerlink via MyGov until this has been completed.

My understanding to link your Centrelink to MyGov if you have a customer reference number you won't need MyGovID. Here is some information about how to link Centrelink from the MyGov website.
The only time you may need us MyGovID to link to Centrelink when you don't have a Customer Reference Number. Were you issued with new drivers licence and medicare due to change of name?
If so, then can verify a change of name certificate or marriage certificate refer to How to update your details in the myGovID app.
If this isn't the case or the above suggestions don't work, please us know.

Provided your name has not changed, to input the updated details of your driver licence and medicare card you will need to reset or uninstall/reinstall the myGovID app. This will reset the app identity verification process and allow you to input the new identity document information.
Should you choose to do this, be sure to check your details and email address under "My Identity" in your current myGovID app first.
You will need to input exactly the same original name/s, date of birth and email address. You can then verify your identity to the desired identity strength.
If you have changed your name, you will need an original name document to start and a linking document. Or worst-case scenario, your myGovID cancelled to allow you to start over.
