Well I’ve tried linking my ATO to my MyGov account several times and it’s not working even after providing the correct information I keep getting error messages that it don’t match what’s on the record and that’s exactly what I have on my centerlink

Hey @Kerlin9,


Sometimes if you have Centrelink linked first it won't allow you to link to us as your details may be different with Centrelink.


You can try unlinking Centrelink, then linking to us, then re-linking Centrelink. If you still can't link by answering the 2 questions that relate to your ATO record you'll need to request a linking code.
