You need to dial the ATO number, work thru the tedious messages and voice prompts until she says "If you have a fast key code, you can enter it now".
Dealing with the ATO phone system is never a pleasant experience.
Also, for increased surveillance, ATO records every telephone call, so be careful what you say.
ATO call centres also have supervisors who listen to calls, and can barge in if they want.
