I currently work 60 hours per week and get paid super on just 38. I am on a flat rate and do not receive x1.5 or x2 for my overtime hours. On my payslip 38hours are listed as "Base hourly" while the remaining 22hours are listed "Base hourly - additional" is my employer required to pay superannuation on all hours or just the first 38? Cheers

Hi @Jimmy2000,

If the extra hours you're doing over and above the 38hrs base hourly are considered as overtime, then your employer may not be obligated to pay SG on the OT. You can view the SG OTE table employers refer to when determining if they need to pay SG, including on overtime from here.
