Am I able to buy products for reviews only on my YouTube channel and claim them as a deduction?

I probably will hardly ever, use those products myself, but even if I did, I'm not sure how ATO would know I did use them personally?

It would be weird to buy 20 sets of bike lights for personal use. Of course, the products would either feature on a website or a video review we did - proving that they were purchased for the business.

If you sell them or donate to charity after the review, then there could be no private use.
