Hi @Mick_Gibson,
I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues.
With this error OID000003, it is an issue on the myGovID when logging in.
If you have had any updates or changes to the app you need to set up the myGovID again.
To resolve this error you need to:
- uninstall the app
- reinstall it
- set up the myGovID again using the same email address and identity documents
- select I am an existing user option.
I have the same issue for over a month. I have uninstalled and installed MYGOV id 3 times. At times it logs in and at times it does not and shows the same error every time ( OID003).I have the called ATO a number of times and even lodge an official complaint TO NO HEED. A very sad state of affairs. I cannot believe that such an important issue is being ignored.

Hi Mick, you probably have worked this out by now, but I thought you might like a definitive answer This has happened to me twice over the course of a few years. YOU NEED TO CLEAR YOUR CACHE/BROWSING HISTORY. It seems the system just gets clogged after a while and you need to clear it out. You don't need to delete and re-install apps, and calling the ATO won't help much either. Good luck.
This worked for me. I didn't need to uninstall the MygovID app or even change anything on that end, I just cleared the cache for the RAM site.
