Where can I input the linking code for MyGov?

I already have my linking code but I cannot find where I can input it. Whenever I try linking ato to my gov, it would popup a notif on data collection, then Getting started page which I have to check the agree box. After that, I would input personal details (name, dob and address) and TFN. I don't see any input allocated for linking code. When I press next, I only see the Shared secrets part and no linking code input space as well. Help please. Thanks
