I have a myGov account, which I have linked to the ATO. Under my personal details for the ATO it says "yes" for resident, and yet I live in the UK. I have not lived in Australia for over 20 years and do not own any property there.
How do I go about changing this so that I am shown as a non-resident?

Unfortunately, there is no way to change or update your residency status online. The only way for your residency status to change is when you lodge your tax return. When you left Australia and lodged your final tax return you should have marked it as being a non-resident. This would have updated it online.
