You can apply for DASP if you meet the eligibility criteria (https://www.ato.gov.au/individuals/super/in-detail/temporary-residents-and-super/super-information-for-temporary-residents-departing-australia/?anchor=EligibilityforDASP#EligibilityforDASP) - you'll only be able to apply once your visa has ceased to be in effect and you've left Australia. This doesn't mean you can't return to Australia after applying for DASP, as long as you've got the right visa.
