It would be a good idea to get in contact with our Client Identity Support Centre (https://www.ato.gov.au/general/online-services/identity-security-and-scams/protect-your-information/) so we can help to establish your identity. Typically when some kind of fraud has occurred on your account we can only link you again for short periods of time (usually around 48 hours) so you can lodge your tax return during that time.
