The ATO has blocked my bank account. No contact or reason given. My ATO account is clean. How to fix

Just as an update in case others get caught up in similar. It was the Bank - Not the ATO - that blocked the account due to a larger than usual refund. Notwithstanding the bank had prior knowledge of events that led to it they still locked the account. Upon locking the account they advise the ATO of their action (not the customer). It took approx 10 days for that information to get to the ATO and for them to allocate an officer to investigate - the ATO were obliged to undertake an audit upon the advice from the bank. Hence the initial confusion - the ATO had no record of what was going on until so advised . Perhaps uncommon but The officer undertaking the audit did so professionaly, pragmaticaly, expeditiously and with some sensitivity to the unintended problems it caused. I could not have asked for more - it was well done. So a compliment to the ATO.
