Hi, just wondering if selling fresh fruit juice or sugarcane juice is a taxable supply? Many Thanks.

Hi @CMT

Usually fruit, vegetable, and sugar cane juice (non-alcoholic and non-carbonated) will be GST-free where the volume of juice of fruit or vegetables is at least 90%.

Have a think about the products you have, your ingredients and make an informed decision about how they should be treated.
