If someone is earning <$37000 for FY22-23, and on temporary visa (491 Skilled visa) and is resident for whole year (resident for tax purpose), and contribute $1000 after tax contribution in Super fund, will he/she will be get $500 as government co-contribution? Questioning as it case involving temporary visa holder but resident for tax purpose. Thanks in advance.

There are a number of criteria you need to meet to be able to receive government super co-contribution.
One of the criteria is not hold a temporary visa at any time during the financial year. If they did hold a temporary visa they won't be eligible to receive the government co contribution.
