Can someone please assist with verifying what I have actually been charged on my HECS. I prior to 2014, I only completed 1 semester of university however the charge on my account is almost half of my current degree that I am almost finished. Can someone please assist as I believe this is incorrect and trying to speak to someone over the phone is impossible.

We recommend you get in contact with the university to discuss what's on your account and why. Unfortunately, we're unable to cancel or change any of the debt details.

Hi Caro, Thanks for your reply but unfortunately that doesn't answer my question as I can't actually access anything prior to 2014 - the HECS page does not actually give any specific information, it just gives me a number of the amount I owe.
