I tried to pay a significant amount of my HECS a few weeks ago because of the new indexation and it's been pending for awhile I tried to call quite a few times over the last few days but it hasn't gone through I've been too scared to try and pay more since if both end up going through my account would be in deficit. Now it's too late since it would take too long to process it, I've called over and over again but It hasn't gone through. I'm not sure what to do and feel cheated on the whole situation.

Hi @AustinBurke

Has your payment left your bank account?

If your payment did come out of your account a couple of weeks ago, you can follow the steps in the missing payments page.

If it hasn't left your account, I imagine that would be a question for your bank, which I'm guessing is a bit late to arrange now.

Yeah I managed to contact both and there was nothing they could do, since there was a 'The account has pending transactions that may affect the final balance.' notice on the repayment page I just assumed it was being processed. I managed to submit it now but it's probably too late.
