My former employer was an unpaid my Super for a years, I asked ATO to help and investigate and find out that Employer must pay back super to me. There are five steps: Query received, Investigation progressing, Employer debt established, Debt collection progressing and Investigation closed. I'm now at step 3 ( Employer debt established ) and waiting for four months ago. Does anyone know how long do I have to wait in order to get full amount of debt as step 4 ( Debt collection progressing )? Thank you very much for your help.

Hi @Hanhtran

Its hard to give a timeframe for these. The employer might dispute the debt, we might have to take legal action, they may not be financial and can only pay over-time etc. Its great your claim is progressing though. We'll continue to keep you updated.
