Hi, On an income state remote area fringe benefits should not be reported where they have 50% exemption. What if the employer allows 100% and now their is a fringe benefit as it is above the 50% threshold, would the extra 50% be placed on the Payslip?

Hi @louisem

We've been in touch with our technical team.

They've said there are various benefits which are not reportable. Some examples are listed on our website. But it will depend on the exact benefit being provided. As such, we would need the facts and circumstances around the benefit being provided, and the exemption or concession being used. You'd need to get in touch with us for tailored technical assistance with these details and we'll work it out and let you know.
