We're sorry you're having trouble getting your TFN application submitted. To fix this error you'll need to:

select Fix error on the Exception Summary screen, which will return you to the Application Information screen
check the information provided and
select Next.

It may ask you to check the information a couple of times this is make sure you're sure with the information you've provided.
