I received a message confirming that my income statement had been completed, it says “tax ready” the income statement tab, however my homepage says that all my lodgements are up to date, and in the “manage tax returns” tab only shows my history and under “not lodged” it says there are no lodgements due.

This can happen if you previously provided non-lodgement advice. We have some advice on using myTax when you don't see a link to prepare your tax return. Hopefully that can help you lodge online!
