Hi ATO,
Over the last few days we've noticed that ATO OSB portal performance is really quite bad - the portal is taking minutes to load pages, or just timing out. I've checked this with multiple users and browsers, both inside and outside our VPN, and it seems to be a recurring problem, so I don't think it is anything that has changed on our side.
However, the page: https://osb.status.ato.gov.au/ is still showing the OSB status as green/operational.
Could you please let me know if there are any known issues with performance on the ATO side, currently?
We're trying to lodge a large number of activity statements and are having real trouble.
