My tax refund says it has been issued to my nominated bank account and I’ve received my notice of assessment on the 14th of July (11 days ago) and I am still yet to receive the refund. I’ve confirmed my bank details are correct and have even contacted my bank who has let me know they haven’t received the funds on their end. Does it normally take this long? If my bank hasn’t received the funds then has the ATO even issued the refund to the nominated bank account?

Sounds like there is an issue with the Notice of assessment. This is something our individual team need to investigate for you.

Unfortunately, we’re not able to look at your account from our community site to see why you’ve not received the credit.
