I have a few entities on the MYGOV portal but i need to add more entities.

myGov is for you as an individual or a sole trader to have access to your own personal tax records.
When say you need to add more entities do you mean businesses with an ABN?
If so, you can do this by linking your myGovID to a business using RAM. You do need to be principal authority on each business.
You can read in more detail about how to access our online services with myGovID and RAM. This includes instructions how to link your myGovid to a business using RAM.
If not, please provide some further information on what entities you referring to and where you view the existing entities in the ATO portal?
