I was advised to upload some supporting documents via the ATO portal. I cannot find how I do this online.

If you have an ABN you can upload documents using the secure mail function.
If this is for an individual request, you should have been provided an address on the letter you received to send the document to. Alternatively, you can have a registered agent upload these on your behalf.
If none of these options are available, you can post the documents to us.
