Hi there,

I've recently returned from living abroad and always was under the impression as an actor with an ABN, I wasn't entitled to Super, someone recently brought to my attention that this has changed. If I'm employed on a commercial, photoshoot etc and invoice a set rate say $2k, am I considered an employee and should the person who's hired me, individual, company or business, pay into my super?

Cheers!
