Hi! Received confirmation that my tax return has been processed and that my refund will be in my account in 3 business days. It has now been 18 days and I still haven’t received anything. I’ve tried to contact the ATO but cannot speak to anyone. Please help me! If anyone has been / is in the same situation, how long did it take and how did you get it fixed? Thanks.

Oh no, sorry to hear you haven't received your refund yet! I'd recommend first checking that you included correct bank account details when you lodged. We have some information on missing tax refunds that can hopefully help you figure out what has happened.
