I'm working a casual job where I've claimed tax free threshold,
I'm about to sign onto a new job and plan on leaving the old one in two weeks. Will I be able to claim tax-free threshold on the new one when I'll be working both for 2 weeks?

You can claim tax free threshold on multiple jobs, however we normally suggest you don't as it can lead to not having enough tax for your return. You should read the income from more that one job page to get a better understanding. If you think its not going to affect your end of year tax outcome then there won't be any problem.
