I just got my Notice of Assessment today afternoon showing that I have got about3k AUD CR. When I checked my bank account later, I found that there was only around 300 AUD which just like 1/10 amount of Notice Assessment received from ATO.
I know this can rarely happened, but my case looks like error in electronic transfer or just mistake by ATO.
I have kept calling ATO from around 3 :30 pm to 5:30 pm, but no one answering.
Can I get someone's help?

Sorry to hear you haven't received your full refund. This usually only happens when a refund is used to offset a debt. If you login to your account via myGov, you will be able view the details.

I received a message from Centerlink at noon today, saying I owed Centerlink around 3000. So I knew there is not an error or mistake.
However I have to say that the message from Centerlink was a bit late.
