 I have recently received a payout for unused LSL after my retirement. I was informed that superannuation was not payable on LSL accrued after 17 August 1993, however, the bulk of my LSL was accrued prior to 17 August 1993. What are the guidelines regarding the payment of SGAA for LSL accrued prior to 17 August 1993 upon termination.
