Hi All


ATO web only list pre establishment cost gst can be claimed by company.


May I ask if trust is also able to claim gst like company?

Hi @RC01,


No, trusts can't claim GST credits for pre-establishment costs. The special rules for pre-establishment costs apply specifically to companies only.
