I have a TFN, but I do not work. I have not lodged a non-lodgement advice last year.
The reason is that I can't link ATO to myGOV to see the Tax Return. I dont have the linking code. I called several times but no one picked up. I have not received any Tax Return Notice from ATO to respond.
Please advise what to do.

Useful aids include 1) patience and 2) your caffeine beverage of choice.

The ATO's advice is generally to call early in the morning before things get too busy.
But in your case, the old-fashioned "mail a paper form" approach may be ideal, and you'll find the details on this ATO page, @maisha1994 . (You can have that coffee suggested by @Colin_Oscopy while it prints or after visiting a post office!)
