Good afternoon,
We posted the above application and evident documents on 28th January 2026 for a refund of interest with held from the savings accounts.
When the accounts were opened the TFN was quoted and all was ok for 4-5 months. For some reason the TFN was removed and interest paid less 47% deduction
As yet we have not had any response or funds refunded. Could you please advise the time frame for this process
