Finding employment records from 1990 to present

2002 to present (inclusive) - ATO may have records of the PAYG summary (group certificate) or STP records

1997 to 2001 (inclusive) - ATO may have the tax return records hence possibly you can check information on the wages section

1990 to 1996 (inclusive) - You could try but have no idea if ATO has any records

Or ask your former employers but I have doubts they would keep employment records for that long or the employers are still operating
