I was making my application but I couldn´t submitted because the page said that my identity was wrong. I put everything right but it doesn´t work. I am sole trader and this is my first time applying for ABN.

Sounds like there's a data matching issue. Maybe your name or other identifying information is different with another government agency?
Have you tried contacting the Australian Business Register directly to ask what may be the issue? They are open between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
Through that link you can also fin information on how to lodge an appeal, if you continue to be unsuccessful when applying for an ABN. 🍀
If you're using your TFN to apply for ABN, check your personal information that is with ATO
