I am the administrator of my ex-husband's estate who recently passed away. He is a Kiwi, who had worked in Australia when he was younger and claimed he had some funds in Australia but did not know how to access them. Through probate, all of his estate is going to our two children and we are looking to find any unclaimed retirement funds that are owed to him. I do have access to his TFN number. Your help is much appreciated.

Better to call ATO or write by post. ATO doesn't let taxpayers initiate email contact.

Would need to notify ATO you're legal personal representative and go from there
