The public officer of the corporate trustee of a new trust does not automatically receive RAM access. They are required to phone the ATO who then manually issue the access. Public officers generally have very demanding roles (and can me technologically challenged) so this process often does not work. For all other entities the public officer automatically receives RAM access.
Please update the new trust process to ensure the trustee, or their representative, automatically receives RAM access.
